Abbye Freiman Consulting responds to the needs of today's businesses, which requires expert interim, resourceful and flexible professional assistance. Working for fast paced growth oriented companies for 18 years has given Abbye experience in handling simultaneous projects, establishing and managing total quality control systems, implementing standard operating procedures and experience in many aspects of the customer service arena.

Since the inception of her consulting firm in 1995, she has held a 15 month interim position as training director for a 4 unit retail natural food and beverage group, and 10 months as consulting production director for a 6 million dollar fresh wholesale bakery. Additionally Ms. Freiman has developed 10 bakery items for a vendor of Starbucks Coffee Company serving the Southern California market. She has successfully brought to market 27 gourmet perishable items from inception to the grocery shelf.
