director for a 4 unit retail natural food and beverage group, and 10 months as consulting production director for a 6 million
dollar fresh wholesale bakery. Additionally Ms. Freiman has developed 10 bakery items for a vendor of Starbucks Coffee Company
serving the Southern California market. She has successfully brought to market 27 gourmet perishable items from inception to
